At present the products of UV coating machines  used for laser print, ink print,Art paper and stick paper are water proof, moisture-proof, durable,ultraviolet-proof .The pictures can be coated many times and wont be damaged.The UV  liquid would stick on thesurface of the pictures and it is hard to separate after solidifiesunder ultraviolet rays. There are two results to coating pictures.One is called light which shows bright, colourful and clear images.Another one is called matte which doesnt reflect much light henceit shows elegant, beautiful images. These two results of coatingare now very popular for photo print, typing, portraits, spurtsdraws, book covers, Spring Festival pictures, calendars, cards,product samples and boxes.

·        For Unity Albums, UV liquid has a incomparable advantage as it notonly decrease the thickness of pictures but also cause no folds atthe pressing step and lamination film can hardly achievethis.

Cost analysis:the thickness of the UV liquid can be adjusted during coating.Normally the UV liquid is 3-5g/m2 and it can be dilutedby alcohol. One kilogram of UV liquid can coat an area of 300m2 pictures, which means that the actual cost is 0.3RMB/m2 to 0.5 RMB / m2.  The prime cost for coldlamination is 7.5RMB/m2; the prime film cost for inkjetprinter machine is 3-5 RMB/m2. Hence buying a UV coating machine isa machine that earns money.
